Shipping policy

Untracked letter mail: Orders that include flat items, such as stickers and prints. A sturdy backing board will be included to protect your order during shipping.

Tracked parcel: Orders that include flat items and other items, such as keychains. My default for parcels is economy, which reflects the price; however, if you prefer courier service, please message or email me to arrange this. Both services include tracking.

Please check that your address is correct. If you need to make any changes to the address, contact me before I ship your order, lost orders due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

 

I ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Processing orders will take 1-3 days, not including the shipping time. Shipping time may vary, but here's what you can expect: 

 

New Zealand

Estimated 3-5 days delivery (economy)

Rural deliveries may take longer. 

 

International

Expected arrival: Up to 1 month, however, may take up to 3 months.

If there isn't an option to ship to your country at checkout, I am unsure if I can ship to you. Please get in touch with me to request that I organise shipping with you specifically.

Attention: Currently due to the ongoing tariff situation, I am not able to ship to the US.
